Open Data is a collection of curated templates to get you started on your next Studio project. Templates help you to save time and tell stories by showing layers and correlation between pre-created maps and your data.

To get started select Open Data from the Tools menu:

Once inside you'll see pages of templates and filters to narrow down by category and location.

When you find a template of interest, click the ellipsis to the right of it and select Try in Studio. From here you can add additional layers and manipulate the map to fit your needs.
